Hello

I ordered several times stuff from China. Never had a problem, only had to wait sometimes until the goods were loaded into the plane and on the way.

But this parcel with number LX591472111CN is very strange. Did this parcel leave Shenzhen? Was it loaded into the plane, or did it stay 20 days in Shenzhen and goes now back to sender?

LX591472111CN was returned by shenzhen customs. not sure the reason. You should open dispute to seller for refund.
