Hi. I hope you are fine. please track my parcel RB003849563PK why It is not delivered yet. I booked from pakistan to South China University of Technology, Guangzhou China on 12-10-2017. :( please help

RB003849563PK arrived China on Jan 21. Normally it should be delivered in one week. if not it should be delivered to wrong place or lost. Many mail with English address might have similar problem.

There were new year vacations in university. may be it was available on Guangzhou local office. why not confirm status from them?
