Hi there, Can anyone help me track my parcel?? Tracking number: 71202489785
Have tried to track but this is all I get? What does this mean?? Site hasn't been updated since this date! How do I find out when it's gonna arrive as it was a birthday present for my daughter, which was on Sunday....

1. It might mean that the parcel never made out of China. May I suggest you read this:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

2. But also because the parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, sometime there is minimum tracking of the parcel.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not received your parcel and give him this tracking:
China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System
Parcel No.71202489785 tracking result
2016-07-21 14:39:56.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan

Thank you for your reply.
Is there anywhere I can contact to find out where parcel is currently? Or if it will be returning to the sender? Thanks for the advice. Wasted my time waiting for this gift could have had one by now..

1. Unfortunately there is very little you can do about your parcel. The only thing is to contact seller. China Post Hot Line: Origin Country - China: 86 20 11185, person there only speak Mandarin.

2. Those type of parcel can take from 30 to 60 days before delivery, it's the most economical way to send parcel out of China to any where in the World. Plus those parcel can not be track outside of China.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, I have contacted the seller. I am gonna have to open a dispute with eBay. Had parcels from China before and not taking this long.
