Post Please help packages returned from Guanzhou

Hello, I shipped out 2 packages using usps from Boston to Guangzhou that were returned to me due to customs reject. I have tracked the packages and called usps who said guanzhou customs sent the products back to me. Last update was May 1 and May 11 for the other package, that said "guanzhou customs cleared" which I suppose means they are back en route to me. Usps tracking states "pre-shipment on" for over a month.

Please help, was it shipped cargo or? Items to me are very valuable and cannot afford them to disappear.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CH014449718US was rejected because none pickup the parcel.
http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CH014449718US was rejected because china government does not allow such item import to China.

Both parcels were returned to USA. You can file investigation with USPS for returning detail.

Usps doesn't have any record of it entering USA at all.

Any further help? Normal for package to still not be in the USA? Cargo, ship?
