"Electronic Data Received" means your seller applied a tracking number from China post but has not actually shipped the goods yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not get real tracking result other than "Electronic Data Received" in next 3 days, you will open dispute to ebay.

your seller is a cheater. 83547600876 still shows "electronics data received". He has not shipped anything to you so far.
