1. Do you have to account here because you answer your own question this morning reference parcel # RM712206522CN. This is what you wrote this morning:

HI Guys,

Further update. My football boots have been sent back to China deemed as "Dangerous goods" because of the studs on the bottom. What an absolute joke.

Unquote.

2. As for parcel # RM712207695CN, maybe there was something missing in the address, that is the only thing I'm thinking of.

3. If you can not reach seller, then open a dispute and include the tracking that is saying the where the parcels is when you open your dispute. Also It's a good idea to include all contact you had with the seller about your parcel. It will give more weight to your dispute.

Hope this help.

1. Have you look at the I Offer site how you open a dispute, I'm not sure but because you paid with Western union you might have lost your money. Check with them (Western Union) and see what they are going to tell you.

2. Have you contacted the seller about your parcels! Try to have some sort of arrangement with him/her.

Hope this help.

Hi I come across this page via Google search by accident I was trying to continue to track a parcel I ordered on ioffer a month and a half ago, I ordered a watch it appears someone gave us both the same tracking number "RM712206522CN" iv been wondering why it took a month to clear Heathrow now it appears to be on route back to China? I have a feeling the seller has duped one of us but I did open a PayPal dispute just over a week ago I suggest you do the same.

I take it we may have the same seller, "happynessli2013" I guess all you can do is contact ioffer and hope they can resolve it maybe ask if they have any accounts with the same details to see if they can contact the seller it's a shame really it's the first time I have used ioffer and there's no real way to report a problem not like aliexpress anyway, but if they seller has genuinely mixed up our orders and you receive a watch let me know :) I'll let
You know if I receive any trainers haha suppose that would be the best outcome
