Post parcel status not updated since July 9

I booked a China post surface parcel on June 9 from China to India. CP290500643CN
It shows that it started from Hong Kong to Kolkata on July 9 at 5:00:00 PM but still the status is same. India post replies that material has not been received at Kolkata. How to trace it? It contains clothes only, no electronics or metal device.

surface parcel is very very slow. from hong kong to kolkata might take 2 to 6 months. you can not know where it is when it is on the way from hong kong to india. After it arrives India, you can see India location in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php
