Post Parcel missing?

This parcel was sent from UK to a company called Nacyailsa back in August.
According to Chinapost tracking, it was 'returned from customs (import)' on 25th August, which I believe means it had re-entered the postal system and was on its way to Guanzhou. There is no further information about it - so what has happened to the parcel?

LY016870662DE arrived Guangzhou in August. It is still hold in customs. It seems to have some customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11183, pay duty(or claim duty waive) and try to pickup the parcel from Guangzhou customs.
