Hi,

I ordered a parcel via Amazon and when I came to track it has been at Guangzhou airport since the 25th of November. I need to find out what is going on? Is it still in transit? And HOw far is it? The tracking number is RG305687880CN.

Hi, I need help with my package. It was last updated in November and hasn't been since. According to the Amazon timeline it's supposed to have arrived by now. The tracking number is RG305687880CN. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

2. Your parcel tried once to depart on the 25 Nov but did not work possibly because there was no more room for the mail bag with your parcel inside.

3. But on the 29 Nov it left Guangzhou Airport On Route/In Transit to your country South Africa. Now it will be up to South Africa Post to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Please also take note that this time of year is the busiest for every Post Office in the World, so mail his definitely slow during that period.

1. No more tracking is available for your parcel, it's the same.

2. You might want to contact seller and Amazon about your parcel, what is the next step.
