Post Package unsuccessful delivery to Hungary however address is correct

Dear Madam, Sir,
Tracking my packages I could see that it arrived to Hungary on 21 August. The status remark is the following: on 21 August
at 10:15 am: "Addressee not available at time of delivery/Item being held."
at 18:35 pm the same day: "Incorrect Address/Item returned to sender".
I checked the address in the order and it is absolutely correct. On the other hand I haven't received any notification of the attempt of the delivery. Could you please help, how I could get the package?

Additional information: tracking number is: LO026835342CN

Delivery is possible as it is an office with reception during workdays within working hours. For any eventual difficulties I also submitted my phone number.

I believe Your seller did not follow your order and printed wrong address in the parcel.

Hungary Post website shows LO026835342CN failed by delivery by Budapest 100 posta on Aug 21. You need contact Hungary Post and try to pickup the parcel.

If the parcel has been returned to China, You need open dispute to PayPal/Ali Express for refund.
