Post Package to Singapore in transit from Shanghai for 14 days

Tracking number: LZ732572162CN

I ordered my product on August 23. It was shipped out on August 26.

Now it is September 8 and my package is still in transit from Shanghai to Singapore for 14 days. I have ordered many things and item usually comes within 9 days.

What is going on?
Is my package still on the airplane?
Is my package still in Shanghai?
Has my package reached Singapore?
Has my package reached Singapore customs?

When should I ask for refund? I want to ask seller to ship out another one as 16 days is so long already. I even paid more for faster better shipping.

LZ732572162CN is a little bit delayed than average but still in normal time frame. such epacket can take 7 to 20 days to reach Singapore. Please wait one or two more weeks.

If you can not get it by Sep 20, then open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

You can not know exactly where it is now. It is quite possible either in Shanghai airline warehouse waiting for shipping space or in Singapore customs warehouse waiting for import customs clearance.

Once it passes Singapore customs inspection, you will see new status which shows Singapore Post location.

Should I ask for dispute now? It has been 18 days and supposed to come sooner than that. What should I do?

I believe now is too early to open dispute. Wait another 10 days, if you can not get it by Sep 20, then open dispute.

I asked seller if I can open dispute and she told me to wait.

So do I open dispute or not?

I suggest you open dispute right now. Normally epacket should arrive Singapore in 1 to 3 weeks. The parcel is very likely to be lost.
