The current tracking shows: 2017-09-17 16:08:35.0 计划going to next airport/seaport

The tracking number is: 06542085473

I would really appreciate some help on this.

this kind of 11 digit number 06542085473 is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.
