Hi I ordered my parcel from Milanoo.com and they said they shipped through China Post to deliver in Canada in the month of April at Canada post it's been a month now I have not received it.My tracking number is RG831371516CN Can you please let me know the current status of my parcel it's very urgent please help me thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on April 28.

Normally it will catch airline in 2 to 3 weeks after sent to airline. Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.

My bad I was not aware of that thing I ordered from some website and they delivered through China Post. Anyways can you tell me when can I see my next update about my parcel on China post as there is no activity on China post website when I search with my tracking number

Unfortunately RG831371516CN is china post register mail. Canada Post will not scan such parcel. So there will be no more update in future . That is another reason you should use epacket to ship goods to Canada. Canada Post will scan ePacket and update its delivery status in internet.
