3. As you can see both tracking confirm parcel delivered to sender of the parcel. Either the parcel never made it to Canada, was refused by recipient or was refuse by Customs Office and was sent back to China sender.

4. It was delivered by Mei long branch China Post Office. When you contact again seller give him the 2 full tracking of the parcel and tell him that you have not received the parcel in Canada.

5. If he still maintain that he has not received the parcel open a dispute and include all the message you sent to seller.
