It is sad to say that after so many mails I have not got any update about my parcel. And I have spend a decent amount for the same. It has been more than 1.5 months. Atleast refund my amount if not delivering product.

India Post website shows the parcel is now in KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, it seems to be returning to China after failing delivery.

Please contact India Post to stop return and try to pickup your parcel. I hope now is not too late.

If there is fail in delivery, then the amount should be returned as the site claims to do. I do not stay in Kolkata and they are not picking up calls. As I have paid the amount to you, it should be done from your end. If not possible to delivery please refund my deducted amount.

if you paid with PayPal/aliexpress, you can open dispute to seller for refund.

I have paid to APHRODITES DIAMOND by debit card. How do I know with whom i have paid?

It is very risky to pay oversea seller by debit card, you are very difficult to get your money back in case of fraud.

Try to call you bank and see if they can help you to get your money back.

I have spoken with the bank and they said as the amount is credited to merchants account. So I need to contact the merchant. But I do not have the contact no and they do not respond on mail anymore. Please help.
