Hi,

The seller provided me this RI643277568CN tracking id. Whose state is ready to dispatch.
But it's been one month in this state and now there is no tracking information.
Please tell me where is my parcel?

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
