Post No update since 30.09 on my tracking

My parcel is stuck on update that says Bejing,Airlines since 30th september. Its shipped by china post. Why is this hapoening, other packages arrived in 15 days but this one is stuck for 20 on Bejing,Airlines. Is this some kind of backlog?
