Hi all,

I am having a slight issue where my package has not had any tracking updates for over a month now. The tracking number is CP383503236CN. Any clue what my next steps should be?

This kind of parcel starting with CP is called air/sea combined parcel. It is a very slow parcel. Normally it will arrive Singapore in 4 to 6 weeks. If the parcel weight is over 2kgs, it can take up to half year to arrive.
