Post No Tracking update after 2 weeks?

Item with tracking number LZ965182015CN was posted 2 weeks ago and there has been no update? I was told to expect it by the sender within 15 days from dispatch?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ965182015CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to UK on Oct 26. sometimes update needs about 7 to 20 days. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks.
