Post No Tracking Info - URGENT

Tracking number: LM034732115CN

I have been expecting a package sent by my shipper on June 21st. The only tracking information is for June 21 to 23rd and all I know is the package is en route to Vancouver, Canada.

I have contacted China Post/EMS via telephone and have not been successful in finding out any current updates on the whereabouts of my parcel.

Canada Post has advised until the package is taken over by them here in Canada, they also do not know where the package could be.

1. I have the same info has you. I would have suggest you contact shipper to phone China Post but you did that with no success.

2. The only thing that comes into my mind is that parcel is block at the Vancouver Customs Office because of lack of personnel to do the inspection.

3. But normally those type of parcel E Packet are taking 6 to 12 working days for delivery excluding the Customs check on both country. They have a priority to be check by Customs because possibly Canada Post put them in a different bin for checking.

4. Did somebody do a mistake along the way, did it really departed China. has it arrive in Canada, all those questions can not be answer because the parcel was not scan.

5. I can not think of anything else so far.

1. I just found this on Internet for Canada Post International Incidents:

Following recent changes at Canada's Border Services Agency, items posted for delivery in Canadian postcode areas starting T, U, V, W and Y are experiencing delays of up to a week. Scanning and tracking of these items is also being delayed until after they have passed through customs. Canada Post is working with the customs authority to resolve this situation.

Update: 29 June
Unfortunately, the issues in Vancouver continue and we are now using alternative gateways to get into Canada Post for deliveries in the postcode areas T, U, V, W and Y. This will still incur some delay but should be an improvement on previous weeks.
