Hello my item was shipped 8 days ago, but i can't track it with chinapost, the tracking number is RL735214822CN

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
