Last update at Aliexpress was

"Shipment at country of origin warehouse
2019-05-21"

Purchase order of that tracking number was placed on May. 16 2019. Another purchase order for a different product placed with another company on the same date was transacted to fulfillment -- the parcel arrived two weeks ago.

Two orders placed on Jun. 09 2019 with two different companies show "Dispatched from sorting center" and "Handed Over to Delivery Partner". Orders placed three weeks later than the one in the query are proceeding faster. Odd!

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
