I ordered a wish parcel awhile back and I just checked another shot because the cn post just shows it left customs and this website says it was mailed to Australia when it should've been mailed to the USA. The tracking number is LM178958733CN. Please advise as i find it terrible service that I ordered something and it goes to another country and delivered to an address that was not my address. How is this even possible? What will cn post do to correct the issue? It's the third item I ordered that was never recieved and this parcel was an important one! Please advise as soon as possible.

Your seller did not ship you anything. He gave you other people's tracking number. you need open dispute to WISH for refund against fraud.

Perhaps I got the wrong tracking number? Can you please check my name and address and tell me if anything is on its way. I have several wish.com orders and I'm worried about them. Please advise thank you! And thanks for speedy reply!

we can not know your name and address. You need open dispute to WISH against fraud.

I have another China post parcel with tracking # UQ366045972CN that says it was at the delivery post office but after that there is no action since Nov 25th and I just called the post office and they couldn't find it. Could you please tell me why it is saying that if it's not there?

UQ366045972CN is ordinary small parcel. USPS does not scan such parcel. So you can not know its status in USA. I suggest you wait another 2 weeks. If you can not get it by Dec 10, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

Weird enough the very next day it was delivered. She said she saw the tracking but she couldn't find it and I guess she did. It's very difficult because I feel like ordering from China to America is very risky and I already have had several items never show up. Why is it that items don't ever make it to where they are supposed to be? What happens to these items?
