Post Need help for tracking my parcel

I purchased an item in eBay on 24th Aug 2017.

On 6th Sep 2017, it receive item at office of exchange (lab) Location Kolkata Foreign LCAO. But after that no update is there. 13 days is over after it reached Kolkata LCAO. No event type shown in India post tracking website. Showing next office is Kochi international mail centre. I contacted local post office in Trivandrum, my place in Kerala. Item not reached local post office. Want to know status of my parcel. When will reach my post office?

Could you please anyone share the current status of my parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel 69116700405 was shipped on Aug 10. this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 8 to 15 weeks to reach your country South Africa.

the parcel is in the hand of India Post. You might need contact India Post for delivery detail. If they can not give you result, it should be lost.

Can i get any reference regarding this item hand over to india post. Then i can show that to post office and check from their side.

no shipping record means the parcel LW824591896CN is fake number. your seller did not ship anything. You sell push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
