Hi, I'm trying to track my packages it shows that is been processed through customs since 30th January, but yet to receive any update on it almost two weeks now. My tracking number is LS602334878CN. Please kindly assist with any info nation on it

LS602334878CN is still waiting for flight space to Chicago. Waiting time can be 2 to 3 weeks, your parcel is ok, no need worry at this moment.

15-25 days is the average delivery timeline for these kinds of parcels. It's normal for there to be a long period of time with no updates after the parcel leaves China and before it is first scanned by USPS. No need to worry. :)
