I EXPECTED PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED ON TIME BUT DON'T MOVE FROM THE CUSTOM FOR 20 DAYS! CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME WHAT TO DO OR HOW TO PUSH DELIVERY OF THIS PACKAGE, WHO CAN I CONTACT IN ENGLISH OR SHOULD I SEND SOME ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR PAY SOME EXTRA CHARGE TO THE CUSTOM AS RECEIPMENT DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT, SHOULD JUST RECEIVE IT?

Thank you for the answer but this don't help a lot as I can see many people have similar issues like me and can't get delivery details more concrete than the status what I can see on tracking sites. Receiver is not in Guangzhou for next 2 months and can't pick up the parcel personally anymore so I want the parcel back in Croatia like was written on the delivery document, return after 10 days of non-delivery. Can somebody from here help me with more concrete information who can check with China Post in Chinese language on more concrete details and to ask China Post to return the package after so long time of non-delivery. I would be more than thankful for this kind of concrete help as it's quite important for business. Thank you once again.
