Hi, pls help me to explain why my package tracking status stuck on "Departure from Outward OE" since Sept 10th, 2018 ?
Here is the detail:
Tracking Number: LZ794166337CN
Shipping Service: epacket (China EMS)

LZ794166337CN is a little bit delayed in Shenzhen. It should be caused by typhoon. You need wait one or two more weeks to get new status.

not yet. Once it arrives Jakarta, Indonesia Post website will show its local location.

Hi, recently I have already checked the tracking status still show Departure from Outward OE on Sept 30th. Is this means the parcel has problem to pass security check ?

LZ794166337CN is still in Shenzhen. You might need wait one or two more weeks.

What does "Export customs cleared" mean?

It means the parcel was scanned one time by china government. Sometimes such scan might take a couple of times, no need care about it.

It seems my package still not move for 24 days :(, has stuck on shenzen custom, never sent to airlines. Can you tell me why?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left Shenzhen warehouse on Sep 24. You can not see new status until Indonesia customs releases the parcel to Indonesia Post. This can take 2 to 3 weeks.
