Hello, i ordered a product and was shipped on august 5th to Mexico, since august 7, the only status updates i have gotten have been this, the package tracking is LZ657399710CN

It shows is has left beijing 3 times?!, what is the cause of this?, will i ever get my package or should i ask for a refund now?, the deadline is august 29.

LZ657399710CN is still waiting for flight space from Beijing to Mexico. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. there will be no updated during waiting period. this is normal, no need worry.

Once it arrives Mexico, you can see mexico location in correos mexico website.

Thanks for quick response, so i should wait 1-2 weeks?, the deadline is 29th of august, so in estimate time how long will it take for my package to get into a plane?,its been 5 days.
Also do the 7-20 days are only estimate working days or do weekends count as well?.
Do you think it will arrive in Mexico before the 29th of august?

Based on our statistics, you have more than 80% chance to get it before Aug 29.

Sorry to bother you again, but as of 12 of august my tracking shows another Despatch from sorting center from beijijng, this is the 4th time, does this mean it got into the plane?
