Post My package is stuck, can you please help me?

The package has been received by my post and then sent back again to Singapore (I have never received the info to pick up the package) and now it is stuck in Singapore office. And the site that I bought it from is not replying. Can you please tell me what to do?

RF541397395SG is Singapore Post parcel no. Singapore Post website shows it was returned from Croatia and arrived Singapore on Jun 1st.

If you paid with paypal, you should open dispute to seller for non-arrival order refund.
