Post My Package is stuck at Shenzhen customs

Hi, my Traking ID is CL304938578IN. The package had reached Shenzhen customs offfice on 18 June. But ever since there is no update on it. Can i contact the customs office, if so, can you share the contact details ?

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup from China customs warehouse inside China Post Shenzhen office. Some duty might need to be paid.

I called china post, however, they said they are helpless as the item is with customs department. Can you give me the contact details of shenzhen customs

unfortunately china customs does not support phone call. you must push receiver to pickup the parcel from customs in person. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to shipper.
