Post My item seems to have evaporated

I have lost my tracking number.

Not to mention, I ordered my nordic ring from The Dragon Shop and I still haven't recieved it.

I ordered it on the 24th of August and now its the 1st of October, so going by the guidlines on this websites Estimated Arrival Time, it should've taken up to 40 days at most, I know its only been 38 days, but I've contacted Royal Mail (Which I was told to do by an admin of this website) and they have no idea what I'm talking about.

Sorry to be a pain, but I want to know whats happening with my item before I refund it.

1. Without a tracking number nobody can do anything because this how the Postal system in the World are working. The only thing you can do is hoping the parcel will come to you. Don't forget the 40 days are only estimate, it's not a guarantee time of delivery.

2. Also take note that lately a couple of UK residents are frustrated because their parcel are not arriving/scan by Royal Mail, so I don't know what is happening at Royal Mail. Are they short handed of personnel, to much parcel coming in from Overseas or slowing the process because of UK Customs.
