Give me replay why are u telling lie u telling ones my parcel in kolkoths ones u telling my post wating for airline space witch is correct please tell me how many day is wait

Your item has been delayed by China Post, it didn't reach your country and it will take time. You are using a free shipping method and that's what you would get, if you want to receive your items faster use methods like DHL.

Hi, my item has been stucked at "departure from outward office of exchange" from China to Australia on the 27th of October. It has been about 3 weeks going to 4 weeks and I still haven't received my item yet.
When will I get it? I don't think it'll take that long because it's just shoes.
So, can you please check when will I get it ? Thanks

Can administrator or any one help my parcel is at office of exchange and been there since the 1/12/2014 tracking number rl055417516cn please and he help kind of hoping to have it before christmas.the strange thing is that I ordered a second parcel from the same shop two days later and I have received that but not the first one I orderd
