Hello I have order 3 items from China and all are over due by one month.

Can anyone help find out where or what happened to the items? Thanks

RG980444685CN is China Post register airmail, UE702024689CN and UE706668993CN are China Post ordinary small packet.

these 3 parcels were all shipped between end of Jun and early July. They should have left China long time ago.

Unfortunately Canada Post does not scan China Post register airmail and China Post ordinary parcel. So you can not know any update after parcel left China. You can not know exact location as well.

The only you can do is waiting. If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund.

Next time, please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada. ePacket is much faster and reliable than register airmail and ordinary parcel. And Most important, Canada Post will scan China Post ePacket parcel and update its delivery status and location in Canada Post website.
