Post Missing order - suspected scam LO088599122CN

This order went through and the last update was 2 weeks ago. It says its on route but it also says tracking is not availablein my country.

Can someone please tell me where it is/if its coming or if i need to file a report with my credit card?

Canada Post website shows LO088599122CN just arrived KINGSTON,ON, Item will be delivered today.
