Hello,
My family sent me a surprise birthday package, but without my phone #. They attempted to deliver it on August 6. But now they can't contact me and I can't contact them to give them my phone # or to pick up my package.

This is the tracking #: CH047196557US

How do I locate which post office where my package is at? And how do I inform the post office of my phone number so they can deliver it again when I'm home?

CH047196557US arrived your local Shanghai Post office. You need contact your nearest China Post office or call china post hotline 11185 and arrange pickup the parcel.
