My package has been in transit for 12 days from China to JFk.

Airports in east China are suffering serious typhoon weather. Many flights are cancelled or delayed. Your parcel might need wait extra 2 to 3 weeks to arrive USA.

i suggest you wait one more week. if you can not get it by Aug 21, open dispute.
