Post Lost parcel to the UAE

My parcel tracking number are RB466083046SG and RY806681604CN. I ordered it in January and one oarcel says is ‘on route’ and the other one ‘not delivered’ and asks me to initiate new delivery date. Whom should I contact regarding new delivery date? Where is the pacel bow? Is it in the local post office? Where can I pick it up from?

UAE post website shows RB466083046SG arrived " United Arab Emirates, Al Barsha Post Office, Customer adviced to pickup mail". You should go to that post office and pickup the goods asap.

The other parcel was just sent to airline 4 days ago. normally it will wait about 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight. you need some patient.

UAE post website shows "United Arab Emirates, Dnata Post Office, Customer adviced to pickup mail". You should go to Dnata Post office to pickup the parcel immediately.
