Hello,

I have tried to track my parcel with this tracking number RW084593787CN but it shows only " Logistics order has been created (Wish Mail platform)". Seller doesn't respond at all so I need to know could it be that tracking number is changed and is there any way I can find out where is my parcel or did seller even shipped it?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to WISH against fraud shipment.
