May I know where is my Product shipped from US ?
China Post tracking number:
LZ679357402CN

The order status indicates shipment is confirm
however i cannot track the location of the item using the Tracking ID
it says "NO SHIPMENT FOUND"

If seller really shipped your goods, you can track shipment data from http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php in 48 hours. So If you get the number from seller more than 3 business days ago and still shows no record, you should be cautious of scam.

I suggest you push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.

Hi there , i have mailed to seller's support team , however no responses have been received .. it has been 12 days upon shipment confirmation, is there any direct customer service hotline which i can be directed to?

Your seller seems to be cheater as they did not response your concern. if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need contact their customer service to open dispute against fraud.
