http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY856750801CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to USA on Oct 23. Normally parcel should arrive USA within 20 days. Your parcel must have some problem. It might be delayed by rush season.

I suggest you wait 10 more days, If you can not get it by end of Nov, open dispute for lost parcel.
