Hello, just trying to find out the status on my parcel which should be on its way to Australia. The products were ordered online 4 weeks ago.

LL386518402CN was shipped from China to Australia on Jun 12. It seems to be stuck in Nanjing airport for unknown reason.

If you can not get the parcel by July 10, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

so far no news about LL386518402CN, you need wait some more time. Please keep track the parcel in Australia Post website.

LL386518402CN still does not show up in AustraliaPost website. It is really strange. Normally such parcel should arrive Australia in 2 to 3 weeks.

I suggest you open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.

LL386518402CN has no update in China post and Australia Post system for one month. Normally this means such ePacket is lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, contact their customer service to open dispute for refund.
