Hello, can you please advise on tracking #UP037228768CN as i believe this is another fraudulent seller from the Joom application! People need to be informed about this constant problem regarding both the JOOM website & their app. This happens to me in every 4-7 purchase and I don't know why but I think this one is another fraud one! Please let me know so I can request a refund from PayPal (even when I show Joom this proof that it's fraud, they still lie saying it is in the mail and that "some seller's use online services that can't be tracked" even though we all know that is a lie!), thanks!

P037228768CN has no shipping record in china post system. This means your seller did not ship you anything. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute against fraud immediately.

Can you repeat what you said but correct the tracking number (i think it was just a typing error, you put "po" in front of the tracking number instead of "up") so I can show PayPal? I understand, i make A LOT of typing errors lol
