Post Is this a valid tracking number?

I ordered something from iOffer on march 11th and on march 12th the seller marked it as shipped but when i checked it a few hours ago 17track said it wasn’t in the system, I also checked on USPS and it said the label was created but wasn’t in the system. The tracking number is UG396955570CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number IS INVALID. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. You can wait 3 business days and track again. If after March 16 and you still can not track anything, you should be cautious of fraud.
