When i check status it is stating it is invalid what is my recourse if it is this was supposed to be shipped from an Amazon seller

invalid tracking result means your seller did not ship the goods yet. Contact your seller and ask him to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you cannot track real result in next 3 days you will file complaint to Amazon. Normally he will ship the goods very soon after getting your message alert.
