Post Is my package still in China or has left?

Hi, my tracking number is EA403842686CN. Still no update. Could you see if my package has left or still in China? Why is EMS takes a long time.
My friend used EMS also posted the same day as mine, and hers is already delivered in one week.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=EA403842686CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Italy on Nov 3.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Italy Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou,China or Italy customs warehouse in Milan). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days until Italy Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Italy Post website will show its new status with Italy location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
