Hello

I have two Packages,

1st RH927303591CN this was shipped by Air on 26 October 2017 and Arrived to Doha on 1st of November

2nd RY525366624CN this was shipped by Air on 29 October 2017 and there is no updates till today, and i contacted the local post here and they informed that it is not arrived yet

Do you have any clarifications that why the 1st one was delivered after 6 days and the other one not arrived yet even it was shipped by air since 29 October , and where it is now?

airmail arrival time is not very accurate, and sometimes like lottery. Your first fast arriving parcel is very lucky, but your second parcel is still in normal time frame. the parcel might be delayed in some transit airport outside china. you might need wait one or two more weeks.
