Dear Sirs my tracking numbers are RB729796995CN (started the April 10th, 2014) and RC777974095CN (delivered the April 19th, 2014). The Italian Post and Customs have never received them, yet. Please, would you like to clarify these 2 situations.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on May 2nd in guangzhou. Due to recent terrorist attacks in china and upgraded security check, many parcels are delayed this month. you might need some more patient.

Dear Volunteer, thank you very much for your quick answer ... if China Post Airmail was quick as you I could make a lot of Orders on Chinese Websites. Turning back more serious, but not too much, here in Italy the news about terrorist attacks in China are not arrived.

NGLOSA is the code to Lagos, Nigeria. your parcel has arrived Nigeria and failed delivery. you should contact local Nigeria post office and try to pickup the parcel immediately. otherwise it might be returned to china.

Dear Volunteer, the parcel with tracking numbers RB729796995CN is arrived in Italy and it is coming to my city (I hope). What about the other parcel with TN RC777974095CN? It results to be stopped in airline warehouse of Bejing since April 26th, 2014: more than one month ago! Please, is it possible for you to do something to release this parcel?

china post can not control the parcel after i was sent to airline. there is some delay in May, someone waited 50 days before getting the parcel. you probably need to wait some more days.

RC839324477CN this is the tracking number I was given. It says it export scan but that was live days ago and nothing else has happened. Could this be a fake number and if not is stuck somewhere. thanks for any help in advance!

Export Customs Scan means the parcel is in customs on showed date and location. No other meaning.
