Post I shipped parcel from US to China have issues with delivery

Tracking no: EH003809738US

It says it was attempted delivery twice but the first time person to receive package was home and no one came or knocked or did anything. What can be done to locate and deliver the package to the intended person?

EH003809738US failed delivery because receiver is not in the address, you need ask receiver contact China Post EMS office in following address and pickup the parcel asap:

The intended recipient has tried the phone number multiple times and the person never answers, on multiple days over the past week and he never answers. That station does not exist and they were told it has been relocated to an unknown place.

Maybe the recipient just cooked some story to you to avoid pickup the parcel and refund you money.
The physical address off the post office:

If your receiver really want the parcel, he can go to that post office to pickup the parcel.

That too is fake address. Recipient has escalated to national post bureau. It's amazing how many people try to avoid doing there jobs or be helpful.
