Hi,

I sent a parcel back to banggood for a return and refund. Tracking number: CC073294019NL

However, the parcel is stuck to customs clearance for a week now... I let them know that they need to take action and take the product but it seems they try to avoid this...

Do you know how long does the parcel stay in custom clearance before it is returned to back to me/sender?

CC073294019NL arrived Guangzhou customs on Jun 11. It seems to have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver go to China Post guangzhou office to pickup the parcel. Some duty might need to be paid.

I have already informed them that they need to pick it up.

It is a returned product so, they should not have to pay.

However, I asked how long will it stay there before coming back to me??? It will return back to me, right?

I am asking because I do not expect them to pick it up.... in order to avoid the refund..

if parcel arrives China customs. Normally it should be delivered by China Post in next 5 to 10 days if parcel has no customs clearance problem. If over 10 days and your parcel is still in customs, it means your parcel can not pass customs clearance. Normally it will be returned to sender by surface mail which takes about 30 to 60 days to reach original sender.
