Hello,

I purchased an item 12 days ago and I was provided a tracking number "RI146771604C" but when I attempt to track it, it says tracking information doesnt exist or is invalid. I've tried various websites and haven't had any luck. I would like to know if its a fraud. I've contacted the user I bought it from and I haven't gotten any response and it's been 4-5 days.

Also i should mention, I bought the item from Amazon. it didn't have a location of where its coming from which I am assuming is China and it's going to canada

RI146771604CN is invalid number. You seller did not ship anything yet. wait 2 to 3 more days and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php , if you still can not get any valid tracking result, you should file an a-to-z complain to Amazon.
